Before building Valence Intelligence, Connor spent years working in economic development for local government. Meetings with businesses looking to invest. Meetings with developers, landowners, and community stakeholders. Meetings where the quality of your preparation determined whether a deal moved forward or stalled.

The problem was consistent: too many meetings, too little time, and background research that had to be done manually or not at all. You'd walk into a room knowing the headline but not the person - their priorities, their history, what they'd responded to before. The intelligence that would have changed the conversation was sitting in old email threads and public records you hadn't had time to read.

That gap is what Valence Intelligence is built to close.

Connor founded Valence Intelligence on the belief that professionals across every sector - not just sales, not just executives - deserve to walk into every meeting fully prepared. The technology to do that automatically has only recently become possible. The need for it has existed far longer.
