Valence Intelligence is currently in a private closed beta with a small group of early testers. If you'd like to join the waitlist, reach out to info@valence-intelligence.com. We'll be opening access gradually over the coming weeks.

Valence Intelligence currently supports Google Calendar and Gmail via a single sign-in with your Google account. Microsoft Outlook and Office 365 support is available in limited testing. IMAP-based email providers are also supported as a fallback for teams not on Google or Microsoft.

Valence Intelligence reads recent email threads with your meeting attendees to understand the relationship and communication history. Your brief content is automatically deleted from our servers the same day it is generated — we retain only the meeting metadata. We never read emails unrelated to your upcoming meetings, and your email data is never used to train AI models.

How accurate are the briefs?
The web research sections pull from live public sources and are accurate to what's publicly available at the time of generation. AI-generated summaries are clearly labelled and should be treated as a starting point for your own preparation, not a replacement for it. We're actively improving quality during the beta period and welcome your feedback on any result that looks off.
