Valence Intelligence was founded in early 2026 by Connor Pattie, following a career in economic development where meetings were the core of the job.

The idea came from a single frustrating morning - back-to-back meetings with no gap between them, no time to prepare, and the uncomfortable feeling of walking into a room without the context that should have been there. The information existed. There just wasn't time to find it.

That gap between what's knowable and what professionals actually have time to surface became the foundation for Valence Intelligence. Built from the ground up to turn any calendar event into a fully prepared brief -  automatically, before the meeting starts
